MARS Healthcare is partnering with a leading regional health network to recruit an experienced Personal Care Attendant (Cert III) for a short-term contract in rural South Australia. The Role You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care in an aged care environment, supporting residents with daily living, wellbeing, and safety. Key Requirements Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) Experience in aged care or a similar care environment Medication-competent (Medication Accredited) Leecare documentation experience, or willingness to complete required training prior to commencement Ability to work across all shift types Strong communication skills and commitment to safe, high-quality care Australian Working Rights Training Requirements (Pre-Commencement) Leecare / CBIS / Sunrise training completed prior to arrival Current immunisation status and health screening per SA Health policy Mandatory Clearances SA Working With Children Check (or interstate WWCC plus SA application receipt) National Police Check issued within the last 12 months NDIS Worker Screening Check Valid government-issued photo ID What's Provided Shared accommodation MM6 Rural & Remote Allowance Travel reimbursement within South Australia (conditions apply) Why This Opportunity?
